As it is the season for giving, we wanted to celebrate by giving something back to our lovely customers and raise money for two charities very close to our hearts - Jackson's Animal Rescue and The Paw Project UK.
 
Each day in the week before Christmas, we will be giving away a special prize to one of our customers, with all proceeds being donated to Jackson's and Paw Project. 
 
Prizes include: 
- A free full groom for your dog, cat, rabbit or Guinea pig
- A free weekend  board for your pet in the first six weeks of 2025
- A selection box from our shop worth £50
- A free month's worth of pet food of your choice
- Free daycare once a week for one month
- Free admission to one of our pet first aid courses
- £50 off any boarding booking in 2025
 
PLUS our two new prizes, which are only eligible to be won by customers who purchase a £5 ticket:
- One year of free boarding
- One year of free grooms
 
To enter into all seven draws, please select this option. You can enter as many times you like to receive an extra entry for each draw. 
 
Terms and Conditions
- Winners will be announced the day after each draw
- The free groom will be a complete and entire free groom for your pet, you must consent to our grooming terms and conditions which can be found here. 
- The free weekend boarding will consist of a Friday-Monday booking between 3rd January-17th February subject to availability. Should your chosen weekend be unavailable then we will offer you the next closest dates; should no dates be available by the time of booking then we will offer you the next closest prize in value. Prize may be redeemed against exisitng bookings.
- The selection box from our shop have a minimum retail value of £50. If your pet has allergies, we can take them into consideration but we cannot gurantee that no products in the box will contain that ingredient. All products inside the box will be clearly labelled. 
- The free month's worth of pet food will be any product of your choice that we sell in our shop. We have a very wide range of products and it is unlikely we will be unable to provide your food of choice; if your food is unavailable then every effort will be made to subsitute your prize with a product of similar value. A month's worth of pet food is considered to be within 12kg worth of product.
- Dogs may only attend Woof Club if they are already registered members; please do not enter if your dog is not registered at our daycare as your prize will be void. 
- Free admission to our pet first aid course entitles you to attend any first aid course of your choice free of charge; you will receive a full qualification in Level 2 Pet First Aid (VTQ). Dates will be provided to you as soon as possible. 
- £50 off pet boarding entitles you to £50 off your first pet boarding booking in 2025, subject to availability. Prize may be redeemed against existing bookings. 
- Prizes cannot be swapped or exchanged for their cash value. 
This prize is eligible to be won by one pet only, other pets from the household boarding at the same time will be charged at our standard rate. Subject to availability.
- Free boarding for a year consists of 35 non-consecutive days of boarding in line with annual leave. This prize is eligible to be won by one pet only, other pets from the household boarding at the same time will be charged at our standard rate. Subject to availability. This prize is exempt from being donated to another customer. 
- Free grooms for a year consists of 1x free groom every six weeks throughout 2025 for any dog, cat, rabbit of Guinea Pig. This prize is eligible to be won by one pet only, other pets from the household being groomed at the same time will be charged at our standard rate. Subject to availability. This prize is exempt from being donated to another customer.
